TPS sensor?!?!

i dont know what this is. Does anyone have a picture of it? because im not sure if i need to replace it on my ZC or not.

on your TB (throttle body) there is a Black sensor (firewallside) if its cracked or broken off replace it
has a plug that accepts 3 wires

The TPS is a variable resistor attached to the end of the throttle plate shaft. As the throttle plate shaft rotates when you step on the gas, the voltage output changes. This tells the ECU how much throttle is being applied. Think of it like a rotary volume control on a stereo. Have you ever heard crackling or static when you turned one? The TPS works the same way. It can get dirty or develope bad spots, sending 'noise to the ECU.
